This is a great place to add a tagline.
I started my preparation with some rough sketches of potential layouts and designs
after I had come up with some intail ideas I could then try out some of the video destortion techniques I wanted to use

getting the video on to tape
the frirst step was to assemble all of the content i want to distort in to one video clip for dubbing to tape
I then transferred the assembled clip on to a raspberry pi that can output analogue composite video to a VHS tape recorder. the video was then played from the raspberry pi and recorded until the VHS tape was full
this tape was then marked original V1 and would be used as the master copy to start the showing before being duplicated on to the next tape causing the image to degrade
